number of museums jumped from 4165 to 4692 modestly. In the
meanwhile, the number of visitors climbed from 637.8 million to 781.1
million remarkably. The graph, undoubtedly, co
nveys the meaning that
acquiring the knowledge of traditio
nal culture and technology became
popular among children and adults nowadays.
Many different factors have led to the appearance of this situation.
Firstly, definitely no one can deny such an obvious fact that the popularity
of going to the museums lays the foundation of expanding our horizons
among young people. For instance, my roommate, Kevin, was addicted to
visiting museums, which makes him a knowledgeable person. During that
period, everyone of us admired his vision. Lastly, if everyone failed to
raising the co
nsciousness of learning traditio
nal and modern culture, our

nfronted with an unpromising and fruitless future.
To sum up, we should bear in mind that acquiring the knowledge by
visiting museums is of great im
portance to both our life and study. For one
thing, mass media, such as radios, televisions, newspapers and the Internet,
should appeal to private individuals to realize the benefit of going to
museums. For another, we ought to spare no pains to cultivate our
awareness of learning in anytime and anywher
e. In this way, hopefully, our
culture and technology may have a promising prospect .
