那么，是否可以认为猫对本土小动物危害很大？我觉得得出这个结论是可以的。但是，要注意，大部分的研究主要集中在美洲大陆或者岛屿上，因为这些地方比较封闭，容易控制变量。

放到亚欧大陆上，是否还能得出类似的效果，需要审慎了。但是无论如何，猫对生态的影响已经到了不可忽视的地步。
